– onsite in one of the Hostels.

The Client’s Booking is made indifferently to the Hostel used for the trip, which will be freely determined by the MIJE at a later date.

2.1 Online Bookings

All Bookings imply the consultation of these Terms and express and unreserved acceptance. The Booking is deemed to be accepted by the Client once the online booking procedure has been completed.

MIJE confirms the Client’s Booking by sending an automatic email to the email address provided by the Client on the Booking form.

MIJE will communicate the name and address of the Hostel used for the trip to the Client one week prior to the date of arrival indicated on the Booking form.

When a Booking is made onsite, the rates for the available categories of accommodation and the payment and cancellation conditions are communicated to the Client. If the proposed conditions are suitable, the Client will provide the information required for making the Booking and pay for their stay in full.

Payment for the Client’s stay in order to validate the Booking is deemed as confirmation by the Client to have been informed of and accepted these Terms, accessible at all times on the website https://www.hostel.mije.com.

MIJE confirms the Client’s Booking by sending an automatic email to the email address provided by the Client, including a link to these Terms deemed to be accepted by the Client, and the summary of their Booking.

ARTICLE 3. RATES

The applicable rate is the one in force on the day of the Booking by the Client.

Cost of solidarity membership to the MIJE association is not refundable.

ARTICLE 6. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF A BOOKING BY MIJE

If a transaction is refused by the Client’s bank or the payment card used is deemed invalid, the Booking will be automatically cancelled by MIJE.

In the absence of available beds in the Hostels, MIJE reserves the right to arrange, for all or part of the stay, the Client’s accommodation in another hostel of equivalent category, for services of the same nature. Any additional costs of the room and public transport costs between the two hostels are covered by MIJE. The Client cannot claim any other compensation.
